Cool design ! I'd maybe suggest limiting your color palette ! An emblem or logo should look as good in black and white. That's my only suggestion. Good job !

I like how you rendered the soldier's armor. Good sense of lighting and depth and the stickers give it a more realistic/used/personal feeling. The only thing I would critique is the lack of contrast in the soldier's face. Add more darker shades and it should do the trick. Keep it up !!!
